West Side United envisions revitalized, healthy communities for all residents and stakeholders. WSU efforts have been categorized into four impact areas that focus on different social determinants of health. We believe that addressing inequities in each of these areas across our ten communities will help to reduce the drivers of the life expectancy gap.
