Ask A Doc Webinar Series: Holiday Season of Hope

Give Yourself the Gift of Hope for the Holidays

COVID-19 has made 2020 a tough year for many of us — and because the pandemic means we’re advised not to gather with people we don’t live with, our holiday celebrations with family and friends are looking very different than usual. If you find yourself battling depression, anxiety, stress or just the “holiday blues” this year, experts are here to help.

In two upcoming Ask A Doc webinars, presented by the Rush Office of Community Health Equity and Engagement, mental health specialists will talk about how you can have a holiday season of hope despite COVID-19. You’ll hear practical tips to manage stress and depression plus suggestions for connecting and celebrating safely, all designed to boost your mental health and help you stay positive during the holidays and the winter days to come.
